It was in a very quiet location and clean and comfortable.The staff were super friendly helpful! Emily, Brenda and Hob went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast was very nice with lots of fresh food and options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Ho Chi Minh City. »

« The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool.
